Billing & Payments
If you are a patient and have received a bill from Radiology Associates, it is for the radiologist’s analysis and reporting of your recent medical imaging. You may have also received an invoice for the imaging appointment and process from another medical provider. For your convenience, we offer three easy ways to pay your bill:
Online
To make an online payment, visit www.peryourhealth.com. Be sure to have your billing statement for reference. It includes a unique PIN number that allows you to access your account, pay your bill, or send messages to our billing company for items such as updated insurance information and address changes.
Phone
To make a payment by phone using a credit card, you can contact our billing company between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday, at: 541-681-8595

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, imaging and other medical services.
