We will submit your claim and any secondary claims to any insurance company under the benefit coverage you specify, including worker’s compensation, auto insurance, and personal injury. However, you are ultimately responsible for payment of your account, including any balance not covered by insurance.
If you are a patient and have received a bill from Radiology Associates, it is for the radiologist’s analysis and reporting of your recent medical imaging. You may have also received an invoice for the imaging appointment and process from another medical provider. For your convenience, we offer three easy ways to pay your bill:
To make an online payment, visit www.peryourhealth.com. Be sure to have your billing statement for reference. It includes a unique PIN number that allows you to access your account, pay your bill, or send messages to our billing company for items such as updated insurance information and address changes.
