Women's Center

Whether you are seeking a diagnosis, relief from pain, or are looking for a less-invasive treatment for your condition, our Women’s Health specialists at ReNew are committed to providing you with a variety of options. Most conditions can be treated through a pinhole, allowing you to recover more quickly than traditional surgery and, in most cases, return to your regular life the next day.

“Too many women who seek treatment are told that surgery is their ‘only option.’ ReNew is setting out to change that.”

Uterine fibroids

  • Non-cancerous growth of uterine muscles, which can cause heavy menstrual bleeding, prolonged menstruation, pelvic pressure or pain, and more.
  • Treated through Uterine artery embolization.

Pelvic congestion syndrome

  • A condition that causes enlarged veins in the lower abdomen, resulting in chronic pain in the abdomen, legs, or lower back.
  • Treated through pelvic vein occlusion to eliminate excess venous congestion.

Uterine adenomyosis

  • A condition wherein the endometrial glands are incorporated into the muscles of the uterus, causing painful or prolonged menses, chronic pelvic pain, and more.
  • Treated through Uterine artery embolization.

May-Thurner syndrome

  • A condition that causes the uterus to rest on the pelvic veins, slowing blood flow and leading to leg swelling and potential blood clots in the legs.
  • Treated by stenting the veins in the pelvis to make them resistant to pressure from the uterus.

Hemorrhoids

  • Swollen veins in the lowest part of the rectum and anus, which cause pain, itching, and bleeding.
  • Treated by occluding excessive blood vessels, allowing veins to go back to normal.
